(28°-30° C) in stainless steel tanks with
long maceration times (15-25 days) and with alternation
of wine taking from the barrel bottom to maintain
umid the grapes peel in fermentation and delestage
to favour the best extraction of colouring substances
and noble tannins
Refinement:
it is carried out in stainless steel vats in which
is completed the malolactic fermentation
Colour:
intense red ruby with deep red reflections
Smell:
the aroma, intense and at the same time elegant, reminds
smells of raspberry and mature red berries: winy in
youth, it evolves with time towards spicy sensations
Taste:
generous, fruity and full-bodied: in the mouth it
appears well-structured, with a pleasing persistance
and depht.
